Tarmac restoration

A freshly laid tarmac drive really lifts the appearance of a property. As with all things they deteriorate with time. Tarmac is highly susceptible to moss infestation which can cause the break-up of the surface. UV light can fade the surface to light grey, general wear and tear and oil spills can also lead to uneven wear marks and unsightly discolouration.

We use a multi-level approach to ensure that your tarmac is moss and weed free and any oil stains are cleaned. We then apply a proprietary sealing product that gives a ‘freshly laid’ look.

Conservatory cleaning

We are pleased to be able to offer a cleaning service to your conservatory. The apex of these buildings is often very difficult to access and can lead to a very green roof and decorative trims. We use a low pressure system which involve the use of telescopic water fed poles and brushes.

Hard to reach areas are often neglected

Grave and memorial maintenance

A busy modern lifestyle or a family move to a different area may prevent the ongoing maintenance of a loved ones or pets resting site s we are pleased to be able to offer a discrete and respectful grave and memorial cleaning service. All of this work is done by hand as, due to location, a powerful petrol unit would not be appropriate. We use techniques recognized by Historic England and use a variety wooden scrapers, nylon and fibre brushes so as not to damage sensitive surfaces. We also use a proprietary biocidal cleaner. This is a very gentle product that works over an extended period so as to ensure a long term clean. Please note that we do not offer a restoration service or re lettering.

Blackspot removal

Blackspot is a form of lichen that burrows its way into your patio stones or slabs. It is notoriously difficult to remove and pressure washing alone will rarely remove it entirely. You are more likely to damage the surface than remove it. We use regognised tecniques to gently remove the black staining. Combined with a preventative treatment, the staining is removed. Any residual black spot fades over the weeks following treatment.

Heavily infested with Black Lichen
A couple of softwash treatments brought these decades old tiles back to life. A preventative treatment has kept them clean for months – and counting!
